Samsung Heavy Industries announced on the 1st that it has replaced five aging diesel commuter buses with state-of-the-art electric buses as part of its transition to Korea''''s zero-emission vehicle (K-EV100) initiative.

This introduction of electric buses is significant not only because it is a simple vehicle replacement, but also because it simultaneously addresses safety concerns and emissions issues associated with older buses with longer service life.
