Samsung Heavy Industries and Gyeongsang National University have signed a business agreement to establish a `global school` for the families of foreign workers employed by Samsung Heavy Industries.

This school, targeting spouses and children from multicultural families, is scheduled to open within Samsung Heavy Industries in September and operate as an integrated elementary, middle, and high school program. Gyeongsang National University''''s Korean Language Education Department will provide educational volunteer support.
