Under the theme of ''Creating a Community Together'', Samsung Heavy Industries is conducting various support activities for teenagers who are future leaders.

First, in September SHI conducted CSR activities which were promoted to spread the risk assessment for students at Geoje technical high school. Samsung Heavy Industries employees who participated in the activities educated the concept and method of risk assessment through theoretical training, and conducted additional practical training so that they could find harmful risk factors in school training field and find improvement measures.

In November, SHI conducted social contribution activities to support students to explore their jobs through "Samsung Dream Class Job Experience." About 700 students from 40 middle schools who visited Geoje shipyard had time to tour the yard, receive lectures from mentors, and watch Marine Tech Plaza.

Samsung Heavy Industries will continue to promote various programs that can contribute to the local community.
